Studio Policies
Deposits & Payments
A 25% deposit is required to book; balance due at the first session.
Packages must be paid in full before the first session to qualify for package rates.
Refunds
90% refund with at least 14 days’ written notice (email accepted) before course start.
50% refund with less than 14 days’ notice.
25% refund with less than 7 days’ notice.
No refunds after course commencement. Students may transfer to another available course.
Other Policies
Some acting and public speaking exercises may involve light physical contact. Please communicate any discomfort in advance.
No recordings of any kind are permitted without instructor permission.
